Responsibilities:
Track construction site management for national track construction projects, starting with the "New Works Cottbus" alliance project Coordination and coordination of schedules and construction processes with other trades Coordination and management of subordinate construction managers and foremen Commissioning, coordination and evaluation of subcontractors and suppliers Participation in construction meetings and coordination discussions Developing construction-related solutions together with construction managers and foremen Cost responsibility for the assigned area of responsibility Ensuring the supply chain for materials Ensuring construction execution according to construction plans in the required quality Regular reporting on construction progress to project management according to specifications (e.g. performance report, invoicing, target-actual comparisons) Support with contract-relevant information and correspondence Participation in change management Participation in the digital transformation of
