Job Description for Country Lake Estates:
Position:
Technical Due Diligence Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical due diligence for real estate properties
- Develop and plan concepts for building needs, comparable to performance phase 4 (according to HOAI)
- Manage commissioning and provide ongoing quality control during construction
- Review plans using BIM (Model Checker)
- Project management and control, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards
- Create energy concepts, including MSR consulting services
- Project coordination and representation for the client
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical planning for building services, with strong knowledge of relevant regulations (such as DIN and VOB)
- Passion for building services and renewable energy, with the ability to work in a team to develop innovative technical solutions for sustainable buildings
- Analytical and technical skills to handle increasing technical complexity
- Willingness to take on responsibility, with a structured and resultsoriented approach to work
- Fluent in German, with good knowledge of English preferred.
