Our client, an investment management company, is currently looking for a competent, dynamic, and communicative Team Assistant (m/f/d) to support their team and management level.

As a charming team assistant, you will take care of the following tasks:

  • Coordination of appointments and organization of meetings and board/investor meetings
  • Planning and organization of internal and external events
  • Preparation and creation of presentations
  • Support with preparatory accounting tasks
  • Assistance with internal projects

What you bring:

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Professional experience in assistance, office management, or similar positions
  • Proficient in MS Office and general experience and affinity for IT tasks
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Reliability, initiative, and teamwork skills are required
