To support our project controlling department, we are currently seeking a Project Controller/Cost Estimator (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Hagen.


Your responsibilities

  • Preparation of offers and project calculations in collaboration with sales, development, and purchasing departments
  • Continuous tracking of project costs for acquired customer orders, including internal optimization measures (make or buy analyses, machine transfers, evaluation of different technologies)
  • Support for the global sales team in all commercial matters such as determining and presenting sales prices, budgeting, and preparing contract negotiations
  • Conducting trainings on groupwide standards for calculation and reporting systems in Europe and Asia
  • Further development of calculation systems
  • Point of contact for auditors and tax advisors for valuation issues
  • Determination of transfer and surcharge rates

Your profile

  • Completed degree or commercial training with relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controlling, automotive experience is a plus
  • Understanding of economic and technical relationships
  • Good understanding of production processes and their translation into commercial indicators
  • Solid, several years of experience in this field, as well as SAP and Excel knowledge in the areas of calculation and project management, are essential
