Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers with jewelry sales and recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Bilingual strongly needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to actively listen to customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
