- Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated tax provision and tax footnote disclosure in accordance
- Prepare and maintain income tax account reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Prepares the most complex tax returns and related reports and analyses.
- Coordinates tax audits, responds to tax auditors and keeps senior management informed of audit status.
- Researches tax laws and communicates conclusions to management.
- Implements procedures to comply with new tax laws. Provides guidance to other tax accountants.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 5-7+ years in Corporate Tax experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Strong Corporate tax return experience
- Familiarity with tax compliance systems
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Fast paced and detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize and simultaneously handle deadlines, ad hoc requests, and regular deliverables
- CPA preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
