    Job Title:
    X-Ray Technician

    Location: Bayonne, NJ

    Schedule: Full-time, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday

    Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and certified X-Ray Technician to join our dynamic team at our Bayonne, NJ facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging studies as prescribed by physicians, maintaining patient safety, and ensuring the highest quality of radiologic images.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform X-Ray and computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures.

    Ensure all radiographs are of high quality and diagnostic value.

    Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, including preparing equipment, positioning patients, and capturing images.

    Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines to ensure safety for patients, self, and colleagues.

    Maintain patient records and radiologic service logs.

    Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.


    Participate in quality control and continuous improvement activities to ensure the radiology department maintains compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Requirements:

    Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R) and/or Computed Tomography (CT).

    2-3 years of professional experience as an X-Ray Technician.

    Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality radiologic images.

    Strong understanding of radiology department procedures and operation of radiologic equipment.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
