On behalf of our client, a large healthcare company located in Munich, we are currently seeking a:

Junior HR Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time and part-time:

Your responsibilities:

You will be the main point of contact for all HRrelated topics from A-Z
You will be responsible for managing and advising a designated group of employees
You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, changes/development, offboarding), as well as contract management excluding payroll
You will maintain and update all data in SAP

Your profile:

You have successfully completed your studies, preferably with a focus on HR, or have a comparable completed vocational training with additional work experience
Ideally, you have previous work experience in a similar position and/or have good knowledge of collective bargaining and labor law
You are communicative and have the ability to quickly establish a rapport with employees through your consulting skills
You are proactive and take ownership of tasks
