    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Kforce's client, a global legal services company based in New York, NY, is in need of an e-Billing Coordinator. The position offers a hybrid schedule and an exceptional benefit package.

    Duties will include:

    • Liaison between the firm, the client, and the e-billing vendor
    • Effective communication with all stakeholders
    • Documentation of e-billing process for clients
    • Timely submission of e-bills
    • Thorough review of e-bills for compliance and error correction
    • Continuous enhancement of processes, workflow, and productivity
    • Establishment of policies and procedures
    • Maintaining a record of timekeepers
    • Close collaboration with clients, attorneys, and the collection department

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
    • Prior e-Billing experience
    • Background in professional services
    • Experience within the legal industry is a bonus
    • Proficiency in Excel
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    The salary range provided reflects our good faith estimate of compensation for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on several factors, including education, experience, skills, performance, and business needs, and may be adjusted in the future.

    We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance for eligible employees. Paid time off is available for salaried personnel, while hourly employees may receive paid sick leave as required by law on Service Contract Act projects.

    Please note that pay is subject to Kforce's discretion until earned, vested, and determinable, and is not eligible for bonuses, incentives, or commissions.
