    Our client in the fox valley area is looking for a Lead Finance Analyst to join their team. This client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, knowledge of consolidation systems and processes, and highly organized.     The Lead Finance Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with internal and external customers to lead and grow the business; assist in analyzing and preparing monthly results for management; interact with other departments on business issues that impact financial reporting.
    • Responsible for monthly close process for assigned areas and business segments.
    • Assist in administering financial reporting consolidation system.
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.
    • Lead direct reports and provide support, as needed, for their monthly close process responsibilities.
    • Support acquisition activity and other projects impacting Corporate supported systems.
    • Assist in the management and administration of business systems and procedures.
    • Identify and support continuous improvement projects impacting the monthly close process and financial reporting to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    The Lead Finance Analyst will possess the following:

    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or closely related field.
    • 5+ years of accounting experience.
    • Experience with consolidation systems and processes.
    • Systems and project experience.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Leadership experience preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
