Develops, analyzes, and maintains tools that support and automate processes for establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's or solution's performance, functional, and technical attributes and its requirements, design, and technical specifications throughout its

Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more

Ability to provide technical and programmatic direction on the development, integration, and use of requirement management
