    Located just 46 miles north of Dubuque, Iowa and 71 miles west of Madison, Dove Healthcare – Fennimore features a 62-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.


    As the director of nursing, you will:

    • work collaboratively to lead all clinical services,
    • develop and implement nursing practices to ensure high quality care,
    • oversee regulatory compliance, including
    patient care and resident rights
    nursing practices
    staffing and employee development
    budget

    Required Qualifications:

    • current Wisconsin licensure as a Registered Nurse
    • degree from an accredited school of nursing
    • previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility
    • knowledge of State and Federal regulations
