Front Desk Receptionist


Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, faxing, and photocopying
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Assist with order entry and proofreading documents
• Coordinate projects and events as needed
• Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
• Serve as a personal assistant to the management team

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
• Familiarity with medical office procedures is an advantage
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
