Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networkrelated issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
• Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution of ITrelated issues
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability
• Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of IT incidents
• Assist in the maintenance of LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Assist in the administration of NinjaOne ticketing system

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong knowledge of IT support principles and best practices
• Experience in desktop support and software troubleshooting
• Familiarity with NinjaOne ticketing system is a plus
• Proficient in computer hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and VPN setup
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Pay:
From $21.15 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
