Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networkrelated issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution of ITrelated issues
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of IT incidents
- Assist in the maintenance of LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Assist in the administration of NinjaOne ticketing system
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of IT support principles and best practices
- Experience in desktop support and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with NinjaOne ticketing system is a plus
- Proficient in computer hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and VPN setup
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Pay:
From $21.15 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
