As the Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities consist of providing administrative support on-site at the Delaware City Refinery to the Operations leadership team and our customers.
- Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: copying, faxing, scanning, mailing, filing, creating memos and record meeting minutes
- Prepare administratively for team member meetings (supervisor meetings, safety meetings, new team member orientation, etc.)
- Assist in all aspects of training documentation and recordkeeping
- Arrange onsite access for visitors
- Assist the management team to ensure needed tasks are completed
- Maintain team member files
- Schedule team members for required annual training
- Schedule and coordinate travel needed
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and carry critical projects to completion
- A positive and professional attitude, confident, enthusiastic, friendly and honest
- Proficient in operating computer software including Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook
- Hardworking and selfstarter with the ability to work independently
- Anticipates problems and has the ability to bring about creative solutions
- Valid Drivers license and ability to safely operate automobiles
- Able to acquire and maintain a TWIC card, BOP and Site Specific credentials that require an extensive background check, clean criminal history, and drug screen
- Experience in the areas of transportation, refining and or industrial environment is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to safely lift at least 40lbs
- Must be able to safely climb stairs and ladders
- Willing to work in and around an industrial environment
- Ability to travel on an occasional basis
