Job Description:
The technical product design apprenticeship provides an insight into the complete product development process of a component or assembly.
The training includes an introduction to various manufacturing processes and offers an understanding of product development from idea to finished product.
Using 3D software, creativity is transformed into a final model.The technical product design apprenticeship is a dual training program.
Weekly, the apprentice attends vocational school in Ravensburg 1-2 times on a rotating basis, while the rest of the time is spent in the company learning the profession in practice.
Training Content:
- Creating and using technical documents
- Familiarization with different material properties
- Learning about various manufacturing processes
- Development and design of our products
- Creating 2D drawings and 3D models in CAD system
Requirements:
Secondary school diploma
Training Duration: 3.5 years
Training Start:
September 2024
