    Job Description:

    Our client is seeking a Mobile X-ray technologist to provide mobile X-ray and EKG services across various settings, including nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and correctional institutions. This role involves using portable digital radiography equipment to perform and process X-rays and EKGs, maintaining equipment and vehicles, and transmitting results for interpretation.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Perform and process X-rays using portable digital radiography equipment and submit results to a Radiologist.
    • Perform EKGs as needed and transmit them to a Cardiologist.
    • Unload and transport portable X-ray equipment to perform exams as ordered by physicians.
    • Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily.
    • Communicate regularly with dispatch and management.
    • Maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment.
    Schedule and Shift Details:

    - Saturday to Tuesday, flexible hours with a shift differential of $1.50/hour for work after 3 pm.

    Travel:

    - Travel is required to various markets, including skilled nursing facilities, prisons, and home health settings.

    Qualifications:
    • ARRT certification and state licensure as required.
    • Experience with portable digital radiography equipment.
    • Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
    • Valid driver's license in good standing.
    • Compliance with vaccination requirements, including COVID-19.
