    Description:

    We are looking for a skilled and caring X-Ray Technician to join our orthopedic team! In this position, you will have a crucial role in supporting our orthopedic doctors by providing top-notch diagnostic imaging.


    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare patients for orthopedic X-ray exams of the musculoskeletal system, including explaining the process and addressing any issues.
    • Position and secure patients using correct techniques to ensure precise X-ray images.
    • Operate X-ray machinery safely and effectively to capture high-quality digital images of bones, joints, and soft tissues.
    • Perform regular maintenance on X-ray machinery and follow established quality control procedures.
    • Maintain stock of X-ray materials and ensure proper replenishment.
    • Record patient procedures and X-ray findings accurately and efficiently.
    Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
    • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (preferred) or a related area with eligibility to achieve an ARRT certification in Radiography
    • One year of experience as an X-Ray Technician (preferred)
    • Exceptional attention to detail and precision
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
