    Description

    Job Title: Pediatrician
    Department: NorCal AMG - Providers

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Pediatrician with our organization, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. Your expertise, dedication, and commitment to promoting the health and well-being of young patients will be instrumental in making a positive impact on their lives and the community.

    What You'll Do:

    • Diagnose, interpret testresultsand treat common acute and chronicpediatricillnesses, applying evidenced-based medical practices
    • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, considering their medical history, family dynamics, and individual needs
    • Collaborate with the patient's family to create and execute treatment plans and ensure proper coordination of care tooptimizepatient's health progress
    • Maintain patient Electronic Medical Record data
    • Refer to specialists when appropriate
    • Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality and clinical excellence goals

    Qualifications:

    • Successful completion of pediatrics residency program
    • Board eligible/Board certified
    • Unrestricted California Physician License
    • Current BLS, ACLS, CA DEA certificationprior to start date
    • EMR proficiency

    • Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin

    Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

    • This position is located in-office. The office is located at 1518 Noriega Street San Francisco California in the vibrant Sunset district. We offer great flexibility in terms of scheduling
    • The target pay range for this role is $220,000 - $270,000 annually.
