    Description

    Looking for a Systems Engineer to join our team supporting an exciting space program in Chantilly, VA. This role needs an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph. As part of the team, you'll provide crucial SE support to key programs.

    • Proactively support Government customer and tasks in an integrated office environment (Government Customer and SAIC)
    • Engage in full lifecycle acquisition and SE activities from pre-acquisition through launch and on-orbit checkout
    • Build strong relationships with Contractor counterparts, functional counterparts, and other subject matter experts
    • Prepare, review, and coordinate documents, briefings, and data to assist the Government in communications and decision-making
    • Represent the customer in various Government and contractor meetings, offering technical and programmatic system recommendations and risk assessments
    • Organize and conduct SE-related forums and meetings within the Customer office and Enterprise
    • Collaborate with other organizations in the Enterprise to facilitate Enterprise integration, events, and reviews

    Qualifications

    • Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly
    • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience; Master's degree and 0 years of related experience
    • Proficient in program/project management within the customer organization
    • Experience with NRO satellite systems
    • Must be willing to travel domestically
