Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Use internal systems (Epicor) for processing returns
  • Process RGA (Return of Goods Authorization) through internal software system (Epicor)
  • Accurately receive all warranty products, parts and finished goods from field failures or finished goods returns and categorize
  • Process Warranty Claim Authorization returns daily and provide accurate paperwork to Customer Service
  • Ensure no finished good products are received without proper RGA number
  • Work closely with Customer Service and Parts Departments
  • Return failed products to vendors within specified timeframe
  • Complete knowledge of vendor warrantees, date codes and return processes
  • Follow up on all RTV's with Purchasing to ensure that all credits are received within 30 day timeframe

Experience:


  • Prior experience in a warehouse receiving role preferred
  • 1 year's experience in Customer Service
  • Familiarity with Epicor software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Capability to lift and move heavy items as needed
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines

Pay:
$ $17.25 per hour
