Job Summary:
Duties:
- Plan and implement engaging and interactive activities that promote learning and development
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Provide individualized attention to each child
- Collaborate with parents to support the child's learning and development
- Monitor and assess student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom community
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with preschoolaged children
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
- Proficiency in literacy education, math concepts, and toddler care
- Passion for educating young children and helping them reach their full potential
