Position Summary:


Essential Functions

  • Respond to customer order related inquiries, shipping, refunds, returns, and warranty information.
  • Offer basic troubleshooting to customers including product knowledge, recommendations, and problem resolution.
  • Work with appropriate departments to update listing content, packaging, as well as product improvement and recommendations.
  • Monitor customer reviews, questions and feedback for trends and quality control issues.
  • Review and respond to product and seller feedback from customers, and action data with appropriate departments.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated with a passion for ecommerce
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detail oriented and Accurate
  • Ability to quickly research on the internet and organize information.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, courteous, and a professional manner in both verbal and written communications
  • Ability to work independently and a part of a team
  • 2+ years of experience in ecommerce
  • Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair, Overstock, eBay, Commerce Hub, Zendesk and Ship Station
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs, including, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
