Position Summary:
Essential Functions
- Respond to customer order related inquiries, shipping, refunds, returns, and warranty information.
- Offer basic troubleshooting to customers including product knowledge, recommendations, and problem resolution.
- Work with appropriate departments to update listing content, packaging, as well as product improvement and recommendations.
- Monitor customer reviews, questions and feedback for trends and quality control issues.
- Review and respond to product and seller feedback from customers, and action data with appropriate departments.
Qualifications
- Highly motivated with a passion for ecommerce
- Ability to multitask
- Detail oriented and Accurate
- Ability to quickly research on the internet and organize information.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, courteous, and a professional manner in both verbal and written communications
- Ability to work independently and a part of a team
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce
- Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair, Overstock, eBay, Commerce Hub, Zendesk and Ship Station
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, including, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
