    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years physical therapy experience required.

    A school in the Fredericksburg, Virginia area is looking to find an onsite, full-time, school-based, contracted Physical Therapist (PT) position for the full school year. We are looking for a caring and passionate candidate interested in helping students in grades K - 12th to join our Special Education team

    Position Details:

    • 08/12/ /23/2025
    • Full-time / 37.5hours per week
    • Caseload: K - 12th grade, onsite, specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview process

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy interventions for students diagnosed with various physical disabilities, injuries, or motor function disorders.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each students specific needs, focusing on improving their mobility, strength, and coordination.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the students educational and daily activities.

    Requirements:

    • Must have a Masters or Doctoral Level Degree in Physical Therapy
    • Must hold an active Physical Therapist Virginia License
    • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
