Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is Hiring a Line Cook in Troy, NY!

Dinosaur Bar-B-Que started back in 1983 as a small food truck bringing amazing Bar-B-Que to the Northeast. Since then, we've grown to six locations across New York, always dedicated to serving top-notch Bar-B-Que.

Main Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional guest service
Ensuring high product quality and presentation
Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
Supporting other kitchen areas as needed
Thorough knowledge of menu items

Qualifications:

6 months to 2 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in using kitchen tools and equipment
Physical ability to handle kitchen tasks
Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Food Handler's certificate
High school diploma or equivalent
