Description

• Develop and carry out a schoolwide restorative justice implementation plan in collaboration with schoolbased team, YWCA team and district staff.
• Deepen restorative beliefs and values among adults through providing professional development in Racial and Restorative Justice and jobembedded support to school staff.
• Deliver YWCA Restorative Justice Class and Club Curriculum to
• Work within assigned partner schools to coordinate and establish universal and targeted systems to support restorative justice practices including Restorative Justice Circles for communitybuilding and problemsolving, Restorative Conversations, and more.

• Monitor and document progress toward implementation
• Participate in data collection and program evaluation utilizing Microsoft Excel or designated software platform.
• Ensure all data is tracked and input in a timely
• Support the Restorative Justice in Education Manager in grant writing and
