The Role
Duties & tasks are diverse and engaging. This role involves resolving inquiries and issues independently, with complex matters escalated appropriately. It requires the potential to obtain a DoD clearance.


This position will:
  • Coordinate travel for all departments under the director's supervision
  • Assist in coordinating visits for both company and external guests
  • Manage requisitions within MyHR
  • Organize meetings and document meeting minutes
  • Monitor HR workflow changes
  • Process and oversee CUAS/IT requests
  • Handle rewards and recognition submissions
  • Plan and manage events and staff gatherings
  • Draft and submit Strategic Documents and Communications
  • There may be a 10% travel component

Must Have
High School diploma/GED and 4 years of additional education and/or experience
