Professional Lead IAM and PAM / Identity and Access as well as Privileged Access Management (m/f/d) Help us drive the state of Baden-Württemberg forward with Farragut.

As the state development bank, we support businesses, municipalities, and individuals to ensure that Baden-Württemberg remains both economically strong and livable.

We have offices in Karlsruhe and Stuttgart with approximately employees. Our own IT department, with around 200 employees, is a crucial pillar of our organization.

Your responsibilities:
As part of our digital L-Bank, you will actively shape our goals of customer-centricity and technological change.

As the professional lead for IAM and PAM, you will plan the strategic direction of our company-wide IAM and PAM vision and continuously develop it with your extensive expertise.

This includes considering new technologies and market trends.


Your main tasks include:
Planning the strategic direction and initial establishment of our company-wide and holistic IAM and PAM vision in close coordination with operational security and the 2nd line of defense Continuously developing our vision and deriving concrete measures to strengthen operational resilience, as well as implementing them together with your team (e.g.
