Our Support team quickly adapts to customer needs to deliver a human and consultative support experience through creative problem-solving and a thorough knowledge of how Fiverr works.
This position requires residing in Orlando. This is an on-site role, 3 days from the office, 2 days from home.What am I going to do?
- Provide reliable resolution of critical and high impact problems for customers
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Work closely with our team leads and shift managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute ideas and practical solutions to ensure customers' satisfaction.
- Recognize trends and service impacting events and escalate properly
- Learn from others and develop yourself as a customer support
What are the qualifications?
- 1 year of customer support/service experience, ideally for a technology product with international clients
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a real teamplayer
- Serviceoriented personality with a cando attitude
- Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to excellence: willing to accept constructive feedback, and drive toward continuous improvement
- Detailoriented, capable of handling multiple responsibilities at once
- Proficiency with data analysis in excel
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Jira and automated support/helpdesk systems
