Description
Bluewell is currently seeking a full-time employee, working 40 hours per week. Part-time work may be possible within certain working hour models. This position involves operational responsibility in one or more areas such as logistics, organization, key account management, occupational safety, or medical technology.

You will also lead projects to optimize ongoing operations and manage laboratory supply. You will be responsible for determining the cost-effectiveness of measures.

The ideal candidate will have a completed degree in business administration (Bachelor/FH/DHBW) with a focus on healthcare or health economics, or a comparable degree.

Knowledge of project management is desirable but not mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.

We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a high level of flexibility, initiative, and responsibility, as well as professional communication skills.

Experience in laboratory organization, additional training in health economics or hospital management is a plus.
