Description
We are looking for aDispatcher (m/f/d) for our renowned client, Boyd.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring internal and timely availability of all necessary parts at the installation site
- Creating and monitoring driving orders
- Providing and processing conversion or spare parts orders
- Communicating and ensuring defined processes at the assembly line
- Point of contact for production
- Temporary monitoring and filling of Kanban shelves (small parts)
- Maintenance of master data in the merchandise management system
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial or logistics education
- Knowledge of working with a merchandise management system
- PC skills (Word, Excel)
- Professional experience in materials management or logistics is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed in daily operations
- Communicative and friendly demeanor
- Strong team and cooperation skills
- Organizational skills and resilience
- Willingness to work in shifts
