Nashua, NH branch is currently seeking a
Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) for a position in
Walluf at the earliest possible date:


Your tasks as a Commercial Clerk (m/f/d):

  • As a Commercial Clerk (m/f/d), you will handle all administrative tasks in sales support
  • This includes invoicing and followup, as well as creating quotes and orders for our products in the field of electric drive technology
  • You will continuously maintain our customer and supplier database and create monthly and quarterly reports for management
  • Furthermore, you will support your colleagues in the proper handling of exports and assist our customers with shipping and delivery
  • Finally, you will also assist with preparatory accounting and maintain data in the ERP system (ABAS)

Your profile as a Commercial Clerk (m/f/d):

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably in wholesale and foreign trade, and have at least five years of professional experience in sales support
  • Knowledge in contract law and customs/export is desirable, but not mandatory
  • You also have very good user knowledge of common MS Office programs and ERP systems (ideally with ABAS)
  • Good English skills in spoken and written form are also important for correspondence with international customers
  • Finally, you are characterized by resilience, assertiveness, a confident demeanor, and flexibility
