    AmeriLux International is Hiring We don't hire professional interviewers. We hire people.

    We are looking for our next A-Team member to join our growing Ecommerce team. You will work directly with customers to deliver outstanding customer service and help guide quotes and orders from an idea to a delivered product. You will have the opportunity to directly impact our customers and sales goals. We are a growing small team that looks forward to what the addition of a sales position can bring.

    Role facts:

    We are looking for a customer service and sales goal-oriented account manager to join our E-commerce team. You should be confident answering and making phone calls to new and existing customers. Someone who can work efficiently, and problem solve in multiple online systems. Meeting sales goals, talking to customers, and managing an opportunity pipeline will be the focus of this position. We are looking for an organized team player that can communicate and coordinate with customers, internal teams, and outside entities to facilitate quotes to orders for customers.

    • Main point of contact for customers
      • Delivers technical support on all products and services
      • Issues quotes and orders
      • Builds meaningful partnerships with accounts
    • Manage and report on assigned sales pipeline
      • Customer and quote follow up
      • Reports on opportunities
    • Deciphers architectural drawings to create estimated materials lists
    • Works with internal teams to facilitate quotes and orders to customers
    • Maintains positive attitude and is willing to learn and grow with a small team
