    {{jcity}}{{jstate}}Functional GroupPosition TypeFull-timeAll LocationsJob DescriptionLincoln Tech in Shelton, CT is seeking an on-campus Financial Aid Advisor who will serve as the student support liaison between corporate financial aid services and the campus. This very important role will assist students with their financial aid, organize the process, manage data, and complete student files.

    This is a great opportunity for a student-centered and detail-oriented individual, as this role plays a critical function in the overall success of our schools.

    Key Qualifications

    Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceFinancial Aid experience in higher educationResponsibilities

    Assist students in completing their financial aid to start schoolOrganize and manage all required data entry and file maintenance in the student information systemsMaintain student electronic filesReview and service New, Veteran, and Agency students in working with corporate financial aid departmentsAssist with document collection for Title IV clearanceAttend all campus orientations, student start dates, and other required dates as requestedCommunicate with Directors of Financial Aid
