***BlueCrest is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support our SVP of Parcel Sortation.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain an effective rapport with the VP through regular contact, active listening, and timely addressing of any issues that may arise.
- Interface with company executives, external clients, and vendors.
- Act as a custodian of corporate documents.
- Manage incoming phone calls to the VP from internal and external people.
- Receive and interact with all visitors coming to the organization.
- Manage the scheduling of all Outlook calendar appointments, including internal and external meetings.
- Ensure the timeliness and preparedness with regard to meetings, both on and offsite.
- Coordinate global travel arrangements.
- Generate expense reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7 years of experience providing C-Level administrative support.
- Superb level of professionalism and maturity.
- Exceptional organization skills, oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
- High proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to demonstrate a confident, proactive approach within the role.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to multitask in fastpaced environment.
- Experience in event planning and making global travel arrangements.
- Ability to work proactively and think outside the box
