Here's the work you'll contribute to the team:

  • Coordinate the maintenance, operation, and management of existing instructional and non-instructional school technology.
  • Assist with the planning, design, and installation of future network expansions a growth demands.
  • Perform all functions and procedures necessary to install and maintain school network hardware and software.
  • Install and configure local workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices, as needed.
  • Develop and maintain network procedures to ensure regular school server backups as needed.
  • Continues personal professional growth and development in the area of technology pertinent to network management and software programs.

Ideal applicants meet the following education and experience requirements:

  • Sixty (60) or more college credit hours or an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited school, or diploma from an accredited high school with successful completion of Para Pro exam.
  • Successful technical training or experience administering local area networks required.
  • Technical proclivity and/or experience with successfully implementing and integrating technology in daily life.

The pay amount listed in this position is based on zero years of experience.

The Collective Bargaining language regarding this position reads:


Network Managers Newly Hired, Rehired or Transferred on and after October 13, 2021: The newly hired employee may receive one (1) salary level on the salary schedule for every one (1) year of documented full-time related network manager experience for up to ten (10) years of verified related work experience as a network manager.

*Additional compensation for advanced degrees may be available upon transcript review.
