YOUR TASKS

Support in the rollout of new eCommerce functionalities
Support of the department and product owners within the agile project (creation of user stories, maintenance of product backlog, sprint planning and review, user acceptance testing)
Translation management of the customer portal in EMEA in coordination with IT, development partners and in a global context
Creation of platformspecific content for managing customer communication for functional and regional rollouts
Operational requirement management in coordination with IT and in a global business context
Creation of process flow descriptions and development of the FAQ section
Support and management of own projects in the areas of Aftermarket Strategy, Partner Concepts (further development of dealer and workshop partner concept) and eServices (CRM, customer portal)

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Business Administration or similar
Excellent German and English skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong communication and teamwork skills
