Job Overview:
Duties:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity
- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
- Handle vendor management and maintain office supplies inventory
- Implement and maintain office procedures and systems
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Knowledge of basic HR functions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with phone systems and general office equipment
- Bookkeeping experience is highly desired
Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per year
