Job Overview:


Duties:


  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
  • Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity
  • Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
  • Handle vendor management and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Implement and maintain office procedures and systems

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Knowledge of basic HR functions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with phone systems and general office equipment
  • Bookkeeping experience is highly desired

Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per year
