Principle Health Systems is hiring a
Mobile Phlebotomy Lead for our rapidly growing clinical laboratory company based in Houston, TX.

Our company offers a range of products/services within the healthcare industry with a main focus on laboratory testing.

Full time, permanent roles

Pay:$48,000/year + mileage reimbursement and cell phone reimbursement

Schedule:Schedule flexibility is required typically this role works Monday-Friday day shift

Must be available after hours and on weekends for business/team needs

Mobile Phlebotomy Lead Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

6 years+ Phlebotomy experience
Past experience as a phlebotomy team lead or manager required
2+ years of mobile phlebotomy experience strongly preferred
Demonstrates thorough understanding of Nursing Home, Assisted Living and Home Health operations and logistics of maintaining smooth phlebotomy program.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
Cando work ethic, positive attitude and ability to independently resolve problems.
