This entry-level Manufacturing Operations Associate role will work primarily for the Blisk team. In this role, they will perform a variety of support functions.

Role and Responsibilities:

This entry-level Manufacturing Operations Associate role will work primarily for the Blisk team.

In this role, they will perform a variety of functions including but not limited to:

Job Tasks May Include:

Cleaning and 5S (workplace organization) of shop areas.
Staging various jobs, fixtures, materials, and tooling.
Replenishing consumable material stations.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Maintain detailed job task documentation, reports, and records.
Administrative and clerical tasks within Production, Training, Production Control, Quality, Lean and/or Engineering.
Performing related environmental, health, safety, maintenance, quality, continuous improvement, and productionflow job duties to support plant machinery, equipment, and manufacturingrelated initiatives and programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED

Desirable Qualifications:

Lean Six Sigma fundamentals
Adherence to Environment, Health, & Safety (EH&S) processes and procedures.
Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability in maintaining relationships by recognizing needs and sensitivities of others and cooperating and resolving conflicts that inspire the Team in achieving objectives and deliverables.
Demonstrated ability in receiving guidance and supervision, following work rules, safety practices, work procedures; meeting deadlines; and punctuality and attendance standards.
This role requires access to U.S. exportcontrolled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. exportcontrolled information from the U.S. Government._
