Responsible for assembling corona treatment equipment, power supplies, assemblies and parts. General manufacturing floor work. QC will train on all points of job requirements.


Job Duties
You will NOT be in one department. Our biggest requirement for this position is the enjoyment of learning a total process. Ability to see production from start to finish. Some people love this, some hate it If you love diverse daily job functions, we encourage you to apply.


Jobe duties include but are not limited to (we will train on all points that you are not familiar with):

  • Connect cables, tubes, and wiring, according to specifications.
  • Reads electrical wiring diagrams to accomplish accurate assembly.
  • Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.
  • Buff parts to fit, using hand and power tools.
  • Measure parts to determine tolerances, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and verniers.
  • Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly.
  • Basic machining on vertical milling machine.
  • Attach name plates and mark identifying information on parts.
  • Clean and lubricate parts and subassemblies.
  • Crate units for shipping and box smaller parts.
  • Operate small cranes to transport or position large parts on the waterjet.
  • Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
  • Follow company procedures and directives.
  • Maintain the tools used to create products.
  • Keep a clean and wellmaintained workspace.
  • Good work ethic with a drive to learn new things.
  • Willing to do any job that needs to be done.

Education:

High school degree. Willing to train on all points of job. Must have aptitude to learn quickly and drive to perform.


Hours:

Monday - Thursday 6 am to 4:30 pm.


Extras:

Bonuses available to fast learning and quality performing employees. Training bonuses available for passing certifications within the company.


Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
