    Description

    A rapidly growing financial institution is seeking a Capital Management Lead to play a pivotal role in various capital-related activities. The successful candidate will be involved in preparing the Capital-related sections of the annual Capital Plan, creating materials for the Capital Management Committee (CMC), and contributing to the monthly capital forecasting process.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare analysis and presentation materials for the Board of Directors, executive-level committees, and regulators as needed.
    • Assist senior analysts in forecasting the current and future position of Parent Company Cash and Bank Dividend capacity, including monitoring daily cash.
    • Support senior department members in maintaining appropriate audit and controls, including secondary reviews.
    • Report daily share repurchases and BOLI/COLI matters, performing ad-hoc analysis as required by senior management.
    • Read and interpret regulations, formulating necessary calculations.

    Capital Forecasting Model:

    • Regularly run the capital model, inputting actual results into the model.
    • Assist senior analysts with model enhancements, maintenance, and documentation.

    Capital Plan & Stress Testing:

    • Capable of running the capital model for Capital Plan scenarios.
    • Prepare supporting materials and analysis for the annual capital plan.
    • Create specific materials for presentations to the CMC, Board, and regulators.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
    • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in capital forecasting, regulatory reporting, bank financial analysis, or bank FP&A.
    • At least 4 years of experience in banking or financial services.
    • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications.
    • Familiarity with S&P Global Market Intelligence, Workiva, Workday, and other pertinent applications

    Salary: Base up to $140K + Bonus
