We are seeking a driven leader with a passion for fitness sales and team development to join our Personal Training Manager position. As the face of our gym you will play a key role in driving revenue developing high performance teams and delivering exceptional fitness experiences.Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Drive personal training revenue through effective sales strategies lead generation and client engagement.
- Leadership & Team Development: Recruit train and mentor a team of personal trainers ensuring high performance and career growth.
- Member Experience: Oversee personal training programs to ensure world class fitness experiences for every client.
- Performance Management: Track analyze personal training sales client retention trainer performance consistently exceeding goals
