Job summary
The Manager in Training (MIT) at Auntie Anne's is responsible for learning all aspects of pretzel shop operations while developing leadership and management skills.
This role prepares team members for advancement into an Assistant Manager or General Manager position by providing hands-on training in guest service, pretzel production, team leadership, and store operations.
