Most of your time will be spent embedded with our clients' team and we'll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how they must continue to innovate and remain competitive in this ever-changing industry.

Your key responsibilities

Skills and attributes for success

Utilize your deep understanding of supply chain costing methodologies to guide the development and implementation of costeffective supply chain solutions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement solutions for managing external contracted manufacturing processes within the Oracle Cloud SCM system.
Oversee the integration into the Oracle Cloud SCM system, enhancing visibility, control, and efficiency.
Leverage your expertise in process manufacturing to enhance the Oracle Cloud SCM system's capabilities for managing complex and compliant production processes.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the Oracle Cloud SCM solution aligns with organizational objectives.
Lead change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new supply chain processes and systems within the Client organization.
Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful system implementations.
Provide training to endusers and create comprehensive documentation for system processes and procedures.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements to optimize supply chain operations.

To qualify for the role you must have

A bachelor's degree and approximately 57 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience
5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
Experience with external contracted manufacturing and process manufacturing within Oracle Cloud SCM.
Project management experience, including the ability to lead crossfunctional teams.
Proven ability to drive change and manage complex projects.
The person should be able to lead and facilitate workshop sessions, work well with Offshore resources, and manage deliverables
Full lifecycle implementation experience
Familiarity Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues

Ideally, you'll also have

Inventory/Materials management experience
Product management
Cost Accounting/Management experience
Production manufacturing experience
Certified in Cloud Applications highly preferred

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,100 to $267,500.

Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
