    Atlanta Luxury Rentals (ALR) specializes in short term and long term fully furnished rentals. We provide the highest quality of custom designed accommodations with an unparalleled level of service from our associates. We are a fast growing company and are currently looking to expand our Guest Services Team.

    At ALR, your role will truly be to ensure our guests have a memorable 5-star experience from the first time they are contacted until the end of their stay. This is a true customer service position. At ALR we strive to give every guest top notch service and that begins with Guest Services. You will be the guest's main point of contact and responsible for creating a welcoming experience for them. We want ALR to be their home away from home.

    Job Description (others may be assigned):

    • Answer guest inquiries via email and phone.
    • Ensure guest have a smooth check in process, which includes:
    • Corresponding directly with them in regards to check in time and parking needs.
    • Inspect the apartment before the guest(s) arrive by making sure the unit is up to standard.
    • Ensure guests have submitted required documents and payment prior to checking in.
    • Provide the guest with keys, parking passes, etc. for the duration of their stay.
    • Escort guests to their apartment and go over details about the unit so that they are familiar and comfortable with everything.
    • Review ALR Guest Book (QR Code) with guests – this includes nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do in the area.
    • Assist guests with requests and answer questions.
    • Anticipate guests' needs to enhance their experience.
    • Handle and communicate with the manager of guest complaints.
    • Coordinate maintenance requests with the leasing office and onsite maintenance personnel.
    • Reservations, email management, managing multiple communication channels & sales.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • 1+ years of hospitality/customer service experience.
    • Must have high proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Gmail.
    • Strong communication skills
    • Quick problem solver
    • Organized, have attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
    • Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment while remaining calm.
    • Must have the ability to lift at least 25-30 pounds objects.
    • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
    • Professional with a positive and personable attitude.
    • Knowledge of Midtown and nearby neighborhoods is a plus.
    • Must have a valid driver's license, proper insurance coverage and a reliable vehicle.
    • Flexibility - Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Salary position; range $39,000 - $45,000 + bonuses based on performance.
