Position Overview

The Cloud and Data Security Practice Manager will be a leader in our Kudelski Security Services business, driving Cloud and Data Security capabilities.

The Practice Manager will work directly with customers to understand their strategic initiatives and challenges in protecting data and managing cloud environments.

This person will shape solutions to address the client needs.

The Cloud and Data Security Practice Manager will mature our capabilities, including the creation of staffing and hiring plans (people), development of viewpoints and sales collateral, delivery templates and procedures (process), and alignment of technology and vendor partners (technology).

This role will support the sales team in understanding customer challenges and then translating those needs into proposals and Kudelski Security engagements.

The Practice Manager will lead the client service teams and deliver Cloud and Data projects.

Responsibilities

Develop/enhance capabilities for the Cloud and Data Security Practice Areas including the definition of capabilities, development of sale collateral, creation of delivery methodologies and templates, identification of supporting technologies and partners, and the development of training and hiring plans for the Cloud and Data Security Practices.

Support the sales and capture activities for Cloud and Data Security and identify opportunities to deliver all the Kudelski Security offerings.

Participate in pre-sales calls with clients, scope work effort, and develop proposals and Statement of Works (SOW) to deliver Cloud and Data Security projects.

Produce marketing materials highlighting Cloud and Data Security offerings such as point-of-view documents, blog posts, YouTube videos, conference presentations, etc.

Deliver Cloud and Data Security projects and/or manage delivery teams within the scope of the capabilities defined for the Practices and the customer-signed SOWs.

Develop the Cloud and Data Security teams while balancing utilization and pipeline metrics.

Mentor and develop team members.

Requirements / Profile

10+ years of relevant professional work experience, and 5+ years of experience directly managing, supporting, and implementing Cloud and Data Security programs and technology.

Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with Zero Trust Architecture, Cloud Security, Data Loss Prevention, CASB, and Encryption technologies.

Familiarity with Database Activity Monitoring and Database Audit and Protection.

Prior experience working with customers to identify project requirements, develop proposals, scope projects, and develop SOWs.

Demonstrated experience leading teams and delivering projects of $1M+.

Ability to build long-lasting client relationships.

Ability and willingness to mentor and grow junior team members.

Understanding of common security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and CSA.

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar technical cybersecurity certifications.

Azure and/or AWS Security Certification or similar technical Cloud certifications across Cloud platforms.
