    COMPANY BACKGROUND

    Established in 2016, ReGeneration is recognized as a leading charter program with nine schools in Illinois and Ohio. With a focus on serving a diverse student body, ReGeneration is dedicated to providing high-quality education for all. Recent accolades include top charter elementary schools rankings and recognition for excellence in academics.

    We are in search of a Director of Operations to oversee the operational aspects of our new elementary and middle school campuses. This role requires the ability to build a collaborative team and foster a positive school culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor management, budgeting, and ensuring operational efficiency to support our educational mission.

    Responsibilities:

    School Operations

    • Manage inventory and assets, ensuring compliance with policies
    • Oversee facility maintenance and safety protocols
    • Coordinate technology infrastructure and support services
    • Supervise staff and office operations
    • Student and Staff Support
    • Assist in student recruitment and scheduling
    • Ensure proper administration of assessments and standardized tests
    • Coordinate events and manage student services
    • Regulations and Reporting
    • Maintain student records and ensure compliance with regulations
    • Oversee enrollment process and regulatory deadlines
    • Manage medical policies and accountability data
    • Budget and Finance
    • Handle financial transactions and adhere to fiscal policies
    • Participate in budget reviews and reporting
    • Support board reporting and compliance
