MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Key Accountabilities

Execute testing activities:

- in support to one or several Projects on Rolling Stock under the direction of his / her hierarchy
- according to the testing procedure / documentation and following Subsystem T&C Engineer a/o Leader instructions

Ensure defect identification and correction (troubleshooting)
Check that the test tools are in perfect working order and calibrated.
Replace defective equipment and ensure its repair in accordance with the procedures
In the event of a nonconformity observed during the commissioning phase, communicate and escalate properly using the digital tools utilized on the project (SES/GSI/Excel/Outlook/Teams).
Deliver the committed performance in terms of Quality, Costs and Deadlines and in compliance with Alstom policies, local standards and regulations (in particular EHS and Railway Safety)
Report progress and priorities of assigned work on a regular basis

Performance Measurement

Efficiency and proactivity during the execution of the T&C tests
Efficiency and proactivity for corrective work according to work instructions or guidance
Compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards
Quality of anticipation, monitoring and reporting
