- Interact directly with clients to assess their plumbing needs, providing expert repairs, estimates, and recommendations while fostering positive and meaningful client relationships.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics and troubleshooting of plumbing systems to accurately identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations by industry standards and local building codes, ensuring the highest quality workmanship and compliance with regulations.
- Prioritize excellence in service delivery, striving to resolve plumbing issues correctly the first time to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs made, parts used, and customer interactions, to facilitate effective communication and documentation within the team.

- Journeyman or Master Plumber certification required
- 3+ years of experiencein the commercial plumbing industry preferred

- Ability to perform repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency
